Return and Refund Policy

When you purchase our digital content or USB-drive products/services, please note that your purchase is not eligible for a digital content refund. If you accidentally buy a product, you can request a change to another product of the same value within 7 days of your purchase. We recommend checking the complete system before making a payment for books, digital content, or USB-drive content. In the event that the product received is damaged or lost by the courier partner, the student is entitled to a replacement. However, if the wrong address is provided, or if the books are not accepted by the students, the purchase will not be eligible for any kind of refund according to our refund policy.
